About This Course

The Authorized Service Representative (ASR) Certification is a course that prepares technicians to install and set up FuelMaster products. This course introduces students to the FuelMaster system, software, and other Syntech products. Students must pass the certification exam to receive an ASR certification number.

What skills will you learn?

Overview of hardware components, wiring, and installation of the FuelMaster Unit Series 2500 - 3500 and FMLive Series 4500. AIM installation & programming.
Set-up and navigation of the FMPlus & FMLive software. Warranty & Maintenance and required documentation for start-up.


Live Instructor-Led Course

The Authorized Service Representative Certification course is offered only as a live, instructor-led course. Students can choose between two attendence options:

  • In person - at our Tallahassee, FL classroom.
  • Remote - online via Microsoft Teams.

Training With Us

The Training Department administers all training courses and certifications through our Learning Management System (LMS), installer.learning.myfuelmaster.com. Students are expected to create an individual account with a valid email address before a course is purchased. After a course is purchased, the Training Department may contact the student directly with any course instructions or prerequisites.

The student is responsible for the following:

  • Student contact information (name, email, phone number, etc.) within the LMS.
  • Maintaining an active certification status.
  • Notifying the Training Department of any employment changes.
