The Authorized Service Representative Recertification course is designed for technicians whose ASR number has expired. The recertification course refreshes technicians on the legacy FuelMaster system and also introduces our newest FMLive system. Technicians must pass the recertification exam to renew their ASR number.

Recertification Online Course
The ASR Recertification course is available fully online, self-paced course. Students have 60 days to complete the course and two attempts at the recertification course. If the course does expire before completion, the student must contact the Training Department for reactivation details.

The Training Department administers all training courses and certifications through our Learning Management System (LMS), installer.learning.myfuelmaster.com. Students are expected to create an individual account with a valid email address before a course is purchased. After a course is purchased, the Training Department may contact the student directly with any course instructions or prerequisites.
